Chelwood Foodbank

Chelwood Foodbank have changed their voucher system. They will no longer be issuing vouchers to schools, in future they have asked that we complete a referral form for families, through their website.
Once the referral has been completed, you will be able to collect food parcels from them, (a maximum of 3 in a 3 month period). Please remember to take ID with you, showing your name and proof of address, they will not accept a bank card.
If you want me to complete a referral for you, please can you fill in the form below and return to me at school. Alternatively, you can self-refer online through their website.
